As a private club, PCYC’s members and staff welcome members of reciprocal yacht clubs. We will do everything possible to make your visit with us enjoyable. The information listed below contains answers to what most visitors ask us concerning our facilities. We hope your stay with us will encourage you to make us a frequent port of call.

To ensure the full enjoyment of the Club, all Guests using the facilities shall abide by the Club Rules and Regulations. Guests using the Club facilities do so entirely at their own risk. The Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the person or property of any Visitor, or of his or her family or Guests, however caused. Club Management is authorized to restrict or control the behaviour of Guests, when such behaviour is contrary to the Rules and Regulations of the Club or interferes with the enjoyment of the Club by others, including if necessary, ensuring that such persons leave Club property.

Visiting on Foot

Guests of members are always welcome when accompanied by their member host. For non-guests or those not belonging to any of our reciprocal clubs;  if you are interested in joining our membership, or any of our learning and training programs, kindly contact our office and we’ll arrange for a staff or executive member to show you around our facilities and answer any questions you may have.

Visiting by Boat

Visiting members of reciprocal yacht clubs shall be allowed the privileges of dock facilities and the clubhouse. Prior arrangements shall be made with the General Manager for overnight use of the Guest/Service Dock or a vacant member slip.

A valid membership card must be produced upon request. It is customary to fly the burgee of your yacht club, although not mandatory.

*Members of non-reciprocal clubs may be accepted based on availability and must contact our office in advance in order to make arrangements.

Docking & Harbour Plan

The Club’s docks have 150 slips. The Club’s Guest/Service Dock is located in front of the Clubhouse patio and is accessed from the West Entrance of the harbour.

There are no permanent visitor docks at PCYC. The accommodation of visiting boats is predicated on the availability of our Service Dock or a dock suitable for the size of the boat.

Docking assistance will not be available. Please ensure that you are able to dock on your own, keeping the Shear Leg area clear at all times.

Guests may not enter any slip, or tie up anywhere else in the harbour, without having obtaining permission from the General Manager or other designated officers.
