Commodore’s message

As we set sail on this new season, I want to highlight the outstanding amenities and diverse activities available at the Pointe-Claire Yacht Club. Situated in an ideal location on Lac St. Louis, our club offers a range of facilities and vibrant social events catering to everyone’s interests. Whether you’re an experienced sailor or simply seeking relaxation by the water, our club provides the perfect environment for both recreation and camaraderie. We prioritize safety and inclusivity, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.

Our bar and dining room promise delicious food, warm service, and a unique waterfront experience.

Our sailing school caters to children discovering the sport and adults aiming to improve their skills, with programs tailored to both beginners and advanced sailors, whether or not they own a boat. We embrace diversity and accessibility, offering programs for individuals with physical or motor impairments through our partnership with the Association Québécoise de Voile Adaptée.

I’m thrilled to introduce our new executive team, bringing experience and fresh perspectives to enhance our club’s offerings and sense of community. Our dedicated team is diligently planning a variety of engaging activities, including sailing regattas, educational programs, and social gatherings.

The doors of this storied venue are open to the public, inviting all to indulge in the myriad offerings of our club. We warmly welcome new social members, without the requirement of boat ownership, to join and partake in our community. We eagerly anticipate your visit to our facilities or participation in our upcoming events, whether as a guest or a prospective member, and look forward to sharing the unique experiences that make our club truly exceptional.

Fair winds!
