Commitment to creating, promoting, and supporting a culture of safety in all aspects of Club operations and activities, both on the water and on our premises.

Solidarity and Cohesion

Fostering and maintaining a strong sense of passion for sailing, community, and togetherness through our activities and initiatives; encouraging and supporting youth and family participation in on-the-water and shore activities.

Tradition, History and Facilities

Encouraging and supporting collaboration with other sailing clubs, organizations, and municipalities; including taking a leadership role among sailing organizations and related events and activities.

Commitment to include and support adapted sailing activities as a unique and integral part of PCYC and its identity, to collaborate with AQVA in the facilitation and improvement of their programs.

Environmental Stewardship

Operating with an awareness and appreciation of our privilege to access and enjoy our waterways, and acting accordingly with best practices and regulations to ensure members are good stewards of our water, land, and air environments.

Sustainability

Operating with the goal of long-term continuity and sustainability, from member retention, financial, and environmental perspectives.

Putting forward our best efforts at facilitating communication in the official languages used by members and in the broader community.
