PCYC membership includes the added benefit of enjoying reciprocal privileges at other yacht clubs within Canada, the United States and around the world.
At some yacht clubs, you can simply present your current PCYC membership card; at others you should phone ahead and tell them you are coming; for a few others you may need the PCYC Commodore to send a Letter of Introduction.
- If you need a Letter of Introduction, contact the Commodore 5-10 days in advance,
- Phone your destination’s yacht club to find out their policy,
- Visit their website to familiarize yourself with their club rules of conduct,
- You cannot charge services to your PCYC account, so you must settle your charges directly with the club you are visiting.
We highly recommend taking advantage of these reciprocal privileges! It is a great way for you to visit other clubs’ facilities and meet new friends during your travels!
