\"Anders\"<\/td>Anders Gustafsson brings over 25 years of high-performance sport experience, first as a world-class canoe sprint athlete and now as PCYC's technical and coaching leader. A four-time Olympian and 2010 K1 500m World Champion, he transitioned to coaching and became Canoe Kayak Canada\u2019s National Team General Manager and Head Coach, guiding athletes to five medals at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Originally rooted in sailing, having grown up on the water in Sweden, he also competed in two America\u2019s Cup campaigns (AC35 Bermuda and AC36 Auckland).<\/td> <\/tr>\n <\/tbody>\n <\/table>\n \n \n \n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

An internationally certified judge, he is widely respected for his command of the Racing Rules of Sailing. Each year at our club, he leads a highly anticipated seminar on racing rules - breaking down complex situations into clear, practical insights helping sailors compete with confidence, precision, and integrity.<\/td> <\/tr>\n
\"Tof\"<\/td>Tof Nicoll-Griffith, an executive at North Sails - one of the industry\u2019s leading sail manufacturers - Tof brings unmatched expertise in sail design and performance. A highly successful racer and certified National Race Officer, he adds real-world competitive insight to his technical knowledge. He shares this experience with the club by teaching racers old and new how to properly trim sails for maximum speed and efficiency.
