The Race Officer plays an essential role in ensuring that the rules are respected during a race. Their responsibility is to supervise the start, the finish and actions of competitors, ensuring that everything takes place in accordance with established rules, in order to ensure fair and equitable racing conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 2024, Voile Qu\u00e9bec is introducing a new approach to attendance for the English course by incorporating a blend of Zoom sessions and an in-person classroom session with the intention of not consuming an entire weekend. Attendance is mandatory for both components.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
